WHAT: Birmingham Symphony Hall invite you to an exclusive opportunity to experience the transformation of the Symphony Hall: from world-renowned concert hall to stunning event space.

The Next Stage is a floating, flat floor which is installed over the entire stalls seating area in the auditorium, creating a completely unique event space with the floor area of 600 square metres.

Designed in partnership with industry leaders Staging Services Ltd - this innovative solution opens up the acclaimed venue to the event industry as never before.

The Symphony team will be offering show rounds of the transformed auditorium, along with breakout spaces including the exclusive Laurent Perrier Gallery on both Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31 August 2017.

Courtesy of the venue’s supporters, guests will be able to sample food options from award-winning catering partner Amadeus, see audio-visual demonstrations thanks to Saville AV and check out furniture options with Thorns Furniture.

Guests will also be able to talk first-hand with Symphony Hall’s events team who will be able to advise how this unique backdrop can work for any event.

SECURITY UPDATE:

If you are attending forthcoming concerts at either Town Hall or Symphony Hall, please note that there will be an extra security presence and extensive check-in place. Please allow significant extra time to access the venues since these checks may slow down the entry of customers into the foyers. PLEASE ONLY BRING SMALL BAGS with you since larger bags and holdalls will need to be stored separately.
